Up to 10 verified email addresses are re-checked every month against infostealer logs and known data breaches. You see what is open, mark what you fixed, and the score reflects only what is still a risk.
Business email security
The domain check grades SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MTA-STS for a domain you own, with plain-language fixes. Run it again whenever you change your mail setup.
Password check
Test a password against known leaks without sending it anywhere: your browser hashes it and only five characters leave the device.
Alerts
A monthly report tells you whether you are safe. If a scan finds something serious and new, we email you right away instead of waiting for the next report.
GDPR toolkit
Access, erasure and objection requests to data brokers and companies that hold your contacts, sent on your approval and tracked against the legal deadline.

Change the exposed passwords, clean the infected PC, and mark each item as resolved. The score counts only what is still open.

Does VINDICIS make my business NIS2-compliant?
No. VINDICIS is self-assessment software that helps you build good cyber-hygiene habits: monitoring exposed credentials, fixing weak points, keeping track. Whether a specific regulation applies to you, and how to meet it, is a matter for a qualified professional.
How often do you check?
Every month we scan the monitored addresses again and send a report that says whether you are safe. If a scan finds something new and serious, we email you immediately instead of waiting for the monthly report.
Can I check my employees’ email addresses?
Only addresses you own or are authorised to check, and each one has to be verified with a one-time code sent to that inbox, so the person who reads the mailbox is the one who unlocks the details. The monthly plan covers up to 10 verified addresses.
What does the domain check look at?
The public DNS records of a domain you own: SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MTA-STS. It tells you whether others can easily send mail that looks like it comes from your domain, and what to change. You can run it whenever you like.
Do I need to install anything?
No. VINDICIS runs in the browser. Nothing is installed on your computers and nobody gets access to your systems.
Do you guarantee that we will not be attacked?
No, and nobody honest can. VINDICIS shows what public sources already know about your addresses and your mail setup, so you can fix it. It lowers the chance of avoidable mistakes; it is not a guarantee of protection.
Is there a plan for the whole team?
A Team plan for several employees is coming. It is not available yet and we are not taking sign-ups for it on this page.
